Q: Is there a fee to enroll in the Wild Club?
A: There is no membership fee. Just pay for your beer each shipment and enjoy all the perks.
Q: What are the benefits of being a Wild Club member?
- Exclusive access to Wild Club beers.
- First access to purchase library beers and magnums.
- Save on shipping: We will split the cost of shipping on all full case (12 bottle) purchases.
- Invitations to dinners with our Brewers.
- Private tours of our production facility.
- Each shipment will include a one-time use 10% discount (20% discount for VIP Members) coupon for items on our website www.bearrepublic.com or at our Brewpub in Healdsburg.
Q: When are the shipments?
There are 4 shipments a year - December, February, April, and September. You will be notified before shipping and will receive a tracking number once your shipment leaves our warehouse.
Q: Can I choose what goes into my shipment?
A: Our brewers will create beers specific to each season, but you can add additional bottles to your shipment! You will be contacted about 10 days before shipping giving you the opportunity to add library and current releases (depending on availability) to your shipment. Don't forget we split the shipping costs of all full case shipments. This also serves as a reminder to update any of your account information before the processing date.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: We use flat-rate shipping in California based on how many 750mL bottles are in your shipment.
Q: I live locally and would like to pick up my Wild Club shipments. Is this an option?
A: Yes. We ask that you pick up at our brewpub in Healdsburg within 14 days of release. If you are unable to make that work please let us know and we can make other arrangements.
Q: Why is a signature required for delivery?
A: Federal law requires that all beer shipments be signed by an adult (21 or over). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday via UPS and we recommend having your Wild Club order sent to a business address when possible.
Q: Will an invoice be included with my Wild Club order?
A: We do not include a paper copy of your invoice with your Wild Club order. You will receive an electronic invoice via e-mail when your card is charged.
Q: Can I give a Wild Club membership as a gift?
A: Yes, you can give a Wild Club Membership as a gift to anyone age 21 and older, and the gift recipient's address must be within California. Please contact us directly to set this up.
Q: Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
A: You may cancel your membership at any time after four shipments. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Members can choose to skip 1 shipment a year.
