Named for the second use Cognac barrel that held the Grizz plus 15% of our foeder aged Stock Ale blended in to add a fruity pop. The Grizz, a big Belgian-style brown ale brewed with housemade candi syrup and nutmeg, expresses an initial spicy character and caramel malt impact.

Our Wild Beers are bottled when our brewers believe they are ready to drink. If you would like to live "on the wild side" and age your bottles please do so at your own risk! Secondary fermentation and aging in bottle can produce flavors and bottle pressures that we cannot anticipate! Please store at 40 Degrees.
