Sacre Bleu: Thai Style
This Thai twist on the original Sacre Bleu, brewed with peas, includes fresh additions of kefir lime leaves, lemongrass, lemon peel and juice for a citrus brightness and floral aroma. Thai chilies, ginger and coconut add to the herbal spiciness and smooth finish. A brief aging in our wood foeder softens the beer by adding slight oxidation. It is then spiced and aged in wooden barrels. The result is an enjoyable, straw colored Farmhouse Saison Ale.

Aging Your Wild Beer
Our Wild Beers are bottled when our brewers believe they are ready to drink. If you would like to live "on the wild side" and age your bottles please do so at your own risk! Secondary fermentation and aging in bottle can produce flavors and bottle pressures that we cannot anticipate! Please store at 40 Degrees.
