Stumptown Funk

Stumptown Funk

For the second beer of our Spontaneous Sonoma Series, we’ve garnered some free spirited micro flora and fauna from the neighborhood of our friends at Stumptown Brewery, in Guerneville, on the Russian River. This American wild ale was fermented and aged in oak barrels and is a pale golden color. An approachable tartness is followed by flavors of strawberries and cream. It boasts a berry nose and a dry lactic, goat’s cheese finish.

Aging Your Wild Beer
Our Wild Beers are bottled when our brewers believe they are ready to drink. If you would like to live "on the wild side" and age your bottles please do so at your own risk! Secondary fermentation and aging in bottle can produce flavors and bottle pressures that we cannot anticipate! Please store at 40 Degrees.
